Cancellation & Returns

  1. If the cancellation is before your product is shipped:
    ›› Please inform the GKB Opticals customer service team as soon as possible and we shall process the refund.

  2. However, if the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
    ›› If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
    ›› If you've received the product and want to return it, you may do so within 10 days of receiving your shipment- you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

  3. If in case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested to contact our customer support as soon as possible.

  4. To meet the cancellation deadline, timely mailing of the written cancellation or return of shipment shall suffice.

  5. Customized lenses fitted in frame will not be taken back. In case you feel any difficulty in product adjustment in terms of fitting or vision correction, you may approach any of our showrooms with your purchase reference and they will be pleased to assist you.

  6. The product if delivered shall be liable to return only if it is returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty and other accessories if any.

  7. At GKB Opticals, you can change your mind. If you are unhappy with the product you have ordered or it doesn't meet your expectations, then you may return the product to GKB Opticals within the 10 day return period.

  8. Please keep in mind, GKB Opticals reserves the right to claim damages should the returned goods be damaged or show signs of use. Further information on this topic can be found on our Terms and Conditions page.

  9. We are permitted and retain the right to make mistakes, such as typing errors, technical or colour deviations, or price modifications, despite our greatest care not to do so.

  10. Exchange and Return Policy for opened lenses (boxes or singularly) will not be entertained.
