- Products (except personalized, customized, altered or unboxed items, prescription eye wears, smart wears, electronic items and contact lens) can be returned/exchanged in the same store/address within 7 (Seven) days from the date of purchase, provided they are returned in undamaged and saleable condition with the original Invoice and the demo lenses (if applicable).
- Not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 7 (Seven) days of receipt. Eligible products may be exchanged for products of equal or higher value within the applicable exchange period. Any price difference for a higher-value product must be paid by the customer. Refunds are not provided when exchanges happen for a lower-value product.
- Once returned the product will undergo a quality inspection before any exchange is processed.
- Exchange cannot be done for customized lenses.
- Refunds or exchange will not be processed in case of receiving fake products or damaged products. Products must be returned with invoice and all the other accessories that are sent along with the product.
Reverse Pick up
Reverse pick up will be initiated once exchange/refund is approved by the customer care team.
Refunds/Exchange
There will be no refund for offline stores.
